Placement Results for Erasmus+ Exchange Programmes (2022-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000054422 Project)

The placement results to select the students for student mobility for studies and traineeships in the  2022-2023 and 2023-2024 Academic Years as part of the Erasmus+ Programme have been announced.

The placement results to select students who wish to study or do a traineeship abroad within the scope of the Erasmus+ Programme will be announced once the National Agency announces the number of grant students to participate in the mobility programme. The announced results are final in terms of evaluation for the Erasmus+ Exchange Programme; however, they are preliminary in terms of the grant conditions.

  • Click for the list of successful students.(Student Mobility for Traineeship)
  • Click for the list of students who did not succeed in the exam.

(Students appearing as admitted grant students in the list of successful students are candidates for grant, and they will be able to participate in the mobility programme as Erasmus+ grant students if and when the European Union allocates adequate grant and quotas. Once approved by the National Agency, “admitted” students will be eligible to receive grant for the following academic term. Students who have been announced to be “waitlisted” students may be admitted to the programme depending on their Erasmus rankings if admitted students renounce their rights to participate in the programme.)

In the event that the amount of grant Turkish National Agency allocates to our university is insufficient for all potential beneficiaries, the grant will be distributed fairly under the following conditions:

1. Priority will be given to those who have not participated in a mobility.

2. The balance of departments, destination countries, and gender will be maintained.

3. The rate of agreements of faculties/departments, and the academic success of faculties/departments will be considered.

However, it will be clear whether all admitted students will receive grant or not, after grant allocation is done by the Turkish National Agency. Waitlisted students can benefit from the programme as zero-grant students depending on available quotas at our partner universities. Students who have scored sufficient points in the Erasmus Language Exam and admitted based thereon are candidates for grant. After Turkish National Agency announces the amount of grant to be allocated to our University, quota per unit and grant distribution results will become definite.

Students who are eligible to receive a grant as part of the Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Studies can receive a grant for only one academic term (a maximum of 6 months). If they wish, they can benefit from the mobility in the second academic term as zero-grant students, with the approval of the receiving institution and our university.

Students who are eligible to receive a grant as part of the Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Traineeships can receive a grant for a maximum of 2 months. If they wish, they can benefit from the mobility and continue their traineeships as zero-grant students after the two-month minimum period. Students who have not submit a Letter of Acceptance issued by the receiving workplace during their applications must submit their Letter of Acceptance to the Erasmus+ Office no later than 07 June 2021. The rights of admitted candidates who do not submit the Letter of Acceptance by the specified date will be transparently and fairly distributed to waitlisted candidates.

Those who are not eligible to receive grant (waitlisted students) can benefit from the programme as zero-grant students.

While calculating the total of the academic performance and language proficiency exam results of the students who benefited from a student mobility for studies or traineeships in the same cycle within the framework of Lifelong Learning Programme or Erasmus+ Exchange Programme, 10 points will be cut from the total score for each programme benefited before (regardless of whether the mobility is for studies or traineeships).

If students who are eligible to participate in Erasmus Programme wish to renounce their rights, they must fill in the “Erasmus Renunciation Form” and submit it to the Erasmus+ Office via e-mail not later than 06 May 2022 Friday by 17:00. Students who wish to renounce their rights later than the date specified will be considered to have benefited from the mobility, and 10 points will be cut from the total score in the evaluation of their further applications.
