Preliminary Evaluation Results regarding the 2025 Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Study and Traineeship Applications

Within the scope of Erasmus+ Project No. 2025-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000306348, the evaluation scores of the students participating in study and traineeship mobility abroad are provided below.

The relevant list is final with respect to the Erasmus+ exchange programme evaluation results, but constitutes a pre-selection in terms of grant eligibilit.

The 2025 Contribution Agreement between Türkiye and the European Commission has not yet been signed. Whether you will receive a grant, as well as the amount of the grant, will be finalised once the agreement to be signed with the European Commission is concluded and the grant allocation processes to our University are completed. Our University and the Turkish National Agency cannot be held responsible for any material or moral losses that may arise due to delays or disruptions in these agreement processes.

NOTE: Following the announcement of the grant amounts for Project No. 2025-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000306348 by the National Agency, the list of students who will receive Erasmus+ grants will be determined by the Erasmus Commission, based on the evaluation results and in consideration of the budget allocated to the University.

The grant quotas expected to be allocated to our University by the National Agency are anticipated to be announced in July 2025. Therefore, the final list of primary grant recipients and reserve students will be announced after the official notification of grant quotas to our University.

However, the process can be initiated for our students who wish to participate in Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Studies or Traineeships in the Fall Term without receiving a grant. Students who wish to participate in the mobility programme without a grant are required to complete and sign the Grant-Free Participation Request Petition below and submit it to the Erasmus Office by the specified deadline.

The procedures for these students will be initiated without waiting for the grant quota results; however, whether they will be allocated a grant will depend on the quotas to be announced at a later date.

Students who are eligible for a grant under the Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Studies can receive funding for only one academic term.

Students who are eligible for a grant under the Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Traineeships can receive funding for a maximum duration of two months.

Students who applied for the 2025 Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Traineeships and are listed as successful based on the evaluation results are required to submit their traineeship acceptance letters from the host institutions/organisations abroad to the Erasmus Office no later than 14 July 2025. As this document officially confirms the host institution and the duration of the traineeship, its submission is mandatory for the initiation of the mobility process.

If selected students choose to forfeit their rights, they must submit their waiver petitions via email to erasmus@beykent.edu.tr no later than 14 July 2025. Students who withdraw after this date will be considered to have benefited from the mobility, and 10 points will be deducted from the evaluation of their future applications.

An information meeting will be held for the students who are successful in the exam. During the meeting, staff will provide key information about the programme, outline the next steps to be followed, and explain the required documents to be submitted. A Q&A session will be held at the end of the meeting. The meeting will be held online via the Zoom platform on Wednesday , 30 April 2025. The meeting link will be sent to your Istanbul Beykent University student email addresses.
