Speaking Exam Lists For The Exchange Programmes (Erasmus+ Student Mobility For Studies And Traineeships)

An Speaking examination will be held between 08 and 11 March 2022 to determine the students to study and/or do a traineeship abroad in the 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 Academic Years at Erasmus partner universities abroad within the scope of the 2022-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000054422 project period.

The Speaking examination to be administered between 08 and 11 March 2022 to determine the students to study and/or do a traineeship abroad in the 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 Academic Years at Erasmus partner universities abroad within the scope of the 2022-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000054422 project period will be held on ZOOM.

You will receive an email on 07.03.2022 on your Beykent University email address stating your assigned ZOOM classroom, your exam date&hour and ZOOM code for the exam. Candidates who will sit for the exam are required to show a valid ID card (identity card, driving licence or passport). International students can present a residency card, passport or temporary protection/ID document. All the students are required to attend the Zoom meetings stated in the e-mail. The Zoom meeting for the morning group concerning the exam rules will begin at 10:00 and the exam will start at 10:30 a.m. For the afternoon group, the Zoom meetings concerning exam rules will begin at 14.00 p.m and the exam will start at 14.30 p.m.

Students who wish to file an appeal to their written exam results must submit an appeal form (petition) to the Student Affairs Office via oidb@beykent.edu.tr no later than 11 March 2022, Friday. Appeal forms submitted after this date will be invalid. The appeal form must bear the students signature.

Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law, students must contact us at the link below via their email address with the extension “.....................@student.beykent.edu.tr” which appears on their student ID card.
